ATV rental terms
Minimum rental period 2 days. Driver’s age at least 23 years old with a driver’s license of 1 year or more, a car driver’s license is required.
For citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and China, an international driver’s license is required, for all other non-EU citizens. is optional.
Before each pickup, the vehicle is checked (video, photos) for any damage-scratches. After delivery, the renter is responsible for the vehicle as well as for its repair. The insurance covers third parties and not the driver and passenger. If the vehicle stops for some reason, call us and we will come as soon as possible. The roadside assistance and repair of the vehicle is borne by the renter if the damage is not due to a mechanical reason. If there is a loss of a key, violation of coke, gasoline, tire, the renter is responsible. The renter is the only person allowed to drive the vehicle, if in case it is noticed that someone else is driving, he must return the vehicle without a refund as he is not allowed to exceed the limit of 2 people and the load limit of the trunk. After the end of the contract, the insurance is not valid. If for some reason there is a delay in the delivery of the vehicle up to 1 hour, half of the daily price is charged; if it exceeds 1 hour, the full rental price is charged. It is not allowed to remove the vehicle from the island of Milos. I agree to be charged to my card which debt is pending in this contract.
Scooter rental terms
Minimum rental duration 2 days. The driver must be at least 23 years old with more than 1 year driving license. For scooters up to 125cc = A1, up to 200cc = A2, for citizens from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and China, an international driver’s license (type a1, a2, a.) is required for citizens outside the EU. the international license is optional.
At each pick-up-delivery, a check is made for any damage to the vehicle. After removal, the renter is responsible for the vehicle and its repair. The insurance only covers third parties, not the driver and passenger. The renter listed on the contract is the only one allowed to drive. It is not allowed to exceed the limit of the prescribed number of passengers as well as kilograms in the luggage compartments. For any damage call us. In case of lost key, flat tire, violations of coke, gasoline, the renter is responsible. If it is driven to areas outside the map and roadside assistance is needed, it is a charge to the renter as well as any damages. It is not allowed to transport the vehicle outside of Milos. I agree to have my credit card charged for any damage or debt the vehicle has on this contract.
A 50% minimum deposit is required to confirm a booking.
For bookings in high season 100% of the booking amount must be deposited.
In case of cancellation of the reservation more than or equal to 21 days before the arrival of the customer, the advance payment is returned (transaction costs are paid by the customer) For a shorter period of 21 days, the customer must pay 50% of the reservation.
